The Microban® Anti-Microbial Technology works by disrupting the vital life processes and biological functions of contaminating bacteria, meaning that they cannot grow or reproduce on the treated surface and subsequently die. This process results in a product that Stays Hygienically Cleaner and Fresher in-between cleaning. It is also more Durable and Less Likely to Break under recommended usage conditions.
